5 CFR 531.413(a)(a) Reports. The Office of Personnel Management may require agencies to maintain records and report on the use of the authority to grant or withhold within-grade increases.
5 CFR 531.413(b)(b) Evaluation. The Office of Personnel Management may evaluate an agency's use of the authority to grant or withhold within-grade increases. An agency shall take any corrective action required by the Office.
