Rule amendment drafting

Specify the 5 CFR sections and the intended change. The current text, its statutory authority and OPM's most recent rule on the part are reviewed, and paragraph amendments are proposed. Amendatory instructions, asterisks and the redline are generated in Document Drafting Handbook format.

One to four sections in the same part, for example 351.801 or 351.801, 351.802. A section number not yet in use creates a new section.
