5 U.S.C. 9601For purposes of this chapter—
5 U.S.C. 9601(1)(1) the term "land management agency" means—
5 U.S.C. 9601(1)(A)(A) the Forest Service of the Department of Agriculture;
5 U.S.C. 9601(1)(B)(B) the Bureau of Land Management of the Department of the Interior;
5 U.S.C. 9601(1)(C)(C) the National Park Service of the Department of the Interior;
5 U.S.C. 9601(1)(D)(D) the Fish and Wildlife Service of the Department of the Interior;
5 U.S.C. 9601(1)(E)(E) the Bureau of Indian Affairs of the Department of the Interior; and
5 U.S.C. 9601(1)(F)(F) the Bureau of Reclamation of the Department of the Interior; and
5 U.S.C. 9601(2)(2) the term "time-limited appointment" includes a temporary appointment and a term appointment, as defined by the Office of Personnel Management.
