The theme for this conference is "Leveraging Change, Bridging Strategies, Moving Forward." NCMA’s 32nd Annual Government Contract Management Symposium qualifies as training in compliance with 5 U.S.C., chapter 41. The training, open to all Federal employees, will feature training and workshops including cost and pricing, strategic sourcing, and workforce planning and development.
