5 CFR 880.201This subpart establishes the procedures that OPM will use to—

5 CFR 880.201(a)(a) Determine that an individual is a missing annuitant;

5 CFR 880.201(b)(b) Suspend payment of annuity to a missing annuitant;

5 CFR 880.201(c)(c) Notify individuals affected by such a suspension of payments; and

5 CFR 880.201(d)(d) Determine that a missing annuitant has died.
