§ 841.403 Categories of employees for computation of normal cost percentages

5 CFR 841.403Separate normal cost percentages for FERS, FERS-RAE and FERS-FRAE will be determined for each of the following groups of employees:

5 CFR 841.403(a)(a) Members;

5 CFR 841.403(b)(b) Capitol Police covered under 5 U.S.C. 8412(d) and 5 U.S.C. 8425(c);

5 CFR 841.403(c)(c) Other Congressional employees;

5 CFR 841.403(d)(d) Law enforcement officers, members of the Supreme Court Police, firefighters, nuclear materials couriers, customs and border protection officers, and employees under section 302 of the Central Intelligence Agency Retirement Act of 1964 for Certain Employees.

5 CFR 841.403(e)(e) Air traffic controllers;

5 CFR 841.403(f)(f) Military reserve technicians;

5 CFR 841.403(g)(g) Employees under section 303 of the Central Intelligence Agency Act of 1964 for Certain Employees when serving abroad;

5 CFR 841.403(h)(h) Other employees of the United States Postal Service;

5 CFR 841.403(i)(i) All other employees.
