5 CFR 838.123Claimants are responsible for—

5 CFR 838.123(a)(a) Filing a certified copy of court orders and all other required supporting information with OPM;

5 CFR 838.123(b)(b) Keeping OPM advised of their current mailing addresses;

5 CFR 838.123(c)(c) Notifying OPM of any changes in circumstances that could affect their entitlement to benefits; and

5 CFR 838.123(d)(d) Submitting all disputes with employees or retirees to the appropriate State court for resolution.
