§ 734.403 Participation in elections

5 CFR 734.403Each employee covered under this subpart retains the right to:

5 CFR 734.403(a)(a) Register and vote in any election;

5 CFR 734.403(b)(b) Take an active part, as a candidate or in support of a candidate, in a nonpartisan election; and

5 CFR 734.403(c)(c) Serve as an election judge or clerk, or in a similar position, to perform nonpartisan duties as prescribed by State or local law.
