5 CFR 734.206An employee may:

5 CFR 734.206(a)(a) Register and vote in any election;

5 CFR 734.206(b)(b) Act as recorder, watcher, challenger, or similar officer at polling places;

5 CFR 734.206(c)(c) Serve as an election judge or clerk, or in a similar position; and

5 CFR 734.206(d)(d) Drive voters to polling places for a partisan political candidate, partisan political group, or political party.
