§ 536.401 Placement and classification plans

5 CFR 536.401(a)(a) Agencies which employ individuals subject to this part are required to establish in writing placement and classification plans.

5 CFR 536.401(b)(b) The placement and classification plans must commit the agency to:

5 CFR 536.401(b)(1)(1) Identify and correct classification errors; and

5 CFR 536.401(b)(2)(2) Correct position management problems; and

5 CFR 536.401(b)(3)(3) Carry out specific planned efforts to place employees subject to this part; and

5 CFR 536.401(b)(4)(4) Pursue placement efforts that do not adversely affect affirmative action goals.
