§ 362.106 Participant Agreement

5 CFR 362.106Agencies must execute a written Participant Agreement with each Pathways Participant that clearly identifies expectations, including but not limited to:

5 CFR 362.106(a)(a) A general description of duties;

5 CFR 362.106(b)(b) Work schedules;

5 CFR 362.106(c)(c) The length of the appointment and termination date;

5 CFR 362.106(d)(d) Mentorship opportunities;

5 CFR 362.106(e)(e) Training requirements as applicable;

5 CFR 362.106(f)(f) Evaluation procedures that will be used for the Participant;

5 CFR 362.106(g)(g) Requirements for continuation and successful completion of the Program; and

5 CFR 362.106(h)(h) Minimum eligibility requirements for noncompetitive conversion to term or permanent competitive service employment according to the requirements of the applicable Pathways Program.
