§ 302.108 Determinations of fitness for employment in an Excepted Service position

5 CFR 302.108(a)(a) An agency must make fitness determinations for excepted service positions in accordance with the applicable requirements of part 731 of this chapter.

5 CFR 302.108(b)(b) An agency must record its reasons for making fitness determinations under part 731 of this chapter and must furnish a copy of those reasons to an applicant upon their request.
