5 CFR 185.118Except as otherwise limited by this part, all parties may:

5 CFR 185.118(a)(a) Be accompanied, represented, and advised by a representative;

5 CFR 185.118(b)(b) Participate in any conference held by the ALJ;

5 CFR 185.118(c)(c) Conduct discovery as provided under § 185.122;

5 CFR 185.118(d)(d) Agree to stipulations of fact or law, which shall be made a part of the record;

5 CFR 185.118(e)(e) Present evidence relevant to the issues at the hearing;

5 CFR 185.118(f)(f) Present and cross-examine witnesses;

5 CFR 185.118(g)(g) Present oral arguments at the hearing as permitted by the ALJ; and

5 CFR 185.118(h)(h) Submit written briefs and proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law after the hearing.
